## Service

Ex Ore converts speech to text on your device. Accuracy depends on audio quality, language, and model size. Results are not guaranteed for legal, medical, or professional use without human review.

## Subscriptions

- **Free:** 10 transcriptions per calendar month
- **Pro:** Unlimited transcriptions via Annual, Monthly, or Lifetime purchase

Prices are shown in the app. Pro is purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in store settings. Lifetime purchases are one-time.

## Refunds

Refunds follow Apple App Store and Google Play policies.

## Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful surveillance or to transcribe others without consent where required by law.

## Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages arising from transcription errors.
