# Privacy Policy — Ex Ore

Ex Ore (“we,” “our”) provides offline speech-to-text on your device. This policy explains what data is and is not processed.

## Summary

- **Audio and transcripts are not uploaded to our servers.**
- Transcription runs locally using Whisper models on your phone.
- We do not sell your voice or text.

## What stays on your device

- Voice recordings (unless you delete them; audio is not kept by default after transcription)
- Transcription text and session history (stored locally in the app database)
- App settings (language, quality preset, model downloads)

## What may leave your device

## Your choices

- **Delete all local data** in Settings → Privacy
- **Opt out** of marketing analytics (off by default)
- **Restore purchases** without creating an account

## Children

Ex Ore is not directed at children under 13.
